Subscription & Refund Policy

Trials

New users get a 14-day ActionOS Pro trial with no payment card required. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your settings and retain access until the end of the current period.

Refunds

• Annual plans: request a refund within 14 days of a charge for a full refund if you have not made substantial use of paid features.
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the current month is generally non-refundable but you keep access until it ends.
• Billing errors are always corrected.

Commitments

ActionOS commitments are personal or social promises — they never involve money changing hands, so there is nothing to refund. Subscription refunds are covered above.
