ActionOS helps you turn goals into action. Your goals are personal, and we treat them that way. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.
What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and authentication details.
- Goals, paths, and actions — the content you create or generate in ActionOS.
- Usage signals — how you interact with the product, to improve it.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
How we use it
- To generate and adapt your paths and recommend your next action.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To communicate essential account, billing, and lifecycle messages.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal goal data.
- We do not use your private content for unrelated advertising.
- We do not train external models on your private content without your explicit permission.
Analytics, cookies and error reporting
To understand how ActionOS is used and to fix problems quickly, our public site uses these services. They identify you by a random account number, never by your name or email.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, and session replays) so we can see where people get stuck. Text you type into forms is masked. Clarity and Microsoft Advertising use first- and third-party cookies; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Analytics — counts visits and where they came from. See how Google uses this data.
- Sentry — receives technical details when something breaks (the error, the page, your browser), so we can fix it.
Your choice. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, Clarity and Google Analytics only load after you accept them in our cookie banner. Everywhere else they are on by default and you can turn them off. Either way you can change your mind at any time: . ActionOS works the same without them. Sentry sets no cookies and only receives error reports.
Always on: the storage that keeps you signed in and remembers your preferences (such as this choice). These are strictly necessary and are never used for tracking.
Sharing is opt-in
Goals are private by default. An accountability partner sees only what you explicitly choose to share. You can change or revoke sharing at any time.
Your controls
- Export your data at any time.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Manage notifications and sharing from your settings.
